Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of telcPrep B2. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Service
telcPrep B2 is a preparation platform for the German telc B2 exam, primarily targeted at Tunisian candidates. The service includes mock exams, Reading/Listening auto-grading, and — for Platinum subscribers — an AI Speaking Lab and AI Writing correction.
2. User account
One account per person. Account sharing is strictly forbidden for security and service quality. Any concurrent login automatically signs out the previous session.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Premium: 29.900 DT / month. Platinum: 55.000 DT / month. Local payment via D17 or Mandat Minute only, manual validation within 24 business hours. The subscription is monthly; it does not auto-renew — you must submit a fresh proof for each month.
4. AI credits
Platinum subscriptions include 50 AI credits per month (≈ 50 Speaking Lab sessions). Every new user gets 1 free credit on signup. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. One credit = one fully-graded session.
5. Refunds
Given the digital nature of the service and the immediate access to content, no refund is granted after subscription activation. If your payment is rejected by our team, no amount is debited from your account.
6. Content
Exams, exercises, Arabic hints and AI corrections are the property of telcPrep. You may not redistribute, republish or commercially exploit them. Strictly personal use is allowed.
7. Conduct
You agree not to bypass service limits, not to create multiple accounts, and not to use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
8. Liability
telcPrep is a preparation tool. Success on the official telc B2 exam depends on your level, commitment and exam-day conditions. We make no specific result guarantee.
9. Service changes
We reserve the right to update content, features and pricing. Price changes apply only to new subscriptions; active subscriptions keep their rate until expiry.
10. Account deletion
You can request account deletion at any time via WhatsApp Support. No residual data is kept beyond tax obligations (12 months).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tunisian courts.
